Hello there

Listening to a recent podcast by Dr. Edith Eger about her newest book, The Gift, she shared how she greets patients, friends, family, anyone. Instead of the standard, “Hi, how are you doing?” she greets with, “Gee, it’s good to see you. I missed you.”

I am so happy you are here.

In re-launching our website, we decided to leave room for a blog. Because sometimes we max out the character limit on Instagram. We needed a space to share how we are living the hygge life and the gatherings bringing joy to our little world.

Hygge calls for embracing the ordinary, enjoying the everyday, being thoughtfully in the moment…and most importantly—doing this with others.  Building a small circle of cozy community. They love and accept you for you, as you do the same, in turn, for them.  You gather regularly and often.  It is not an event, but a feeling of sacred togetherness.  You share life, creating life in each other.

Come, let’s hygge together.

Gee, it’s good to see you. I missed you.
